Well, yes it has! It’s expiring at the moment. It’ll take a few months to breathe its last gasp but it’s been replaced. Please Vote Here’s another thing. Currently, we use the existing definitions published by the TEC for literacy and numeracy. We could change this and make use of other definitions. For example, the OECD have their own definitions. Let me know what you think? Chime in, in the comments, if you have more to say.
