You do not need to know which part of the work fits. If your organisation is making a decision about capability, learning, assessment, recognition, professional practice or AI, start here.
Bring the decision or practice that needs to change and whatever evidence or context you already hold. A useful first conversation identifies whether there is a piece of work worth doing, where it belongs and the smallest sensible place to begin.
Four areas the work may begin in
- Capability discovery and assurance — when the underlying capability question, evidence or decision risk is not yet clear.
- Credentials, assessment and recognition — when capability needs credible evidence, assessment, recognition or progression.
- AI-enabled learning and capability — when AI is changing assessment, professional practice, policy or implementation.
- Established practice and professional learning — when a focused teaching, assessment or professional-practice need is already clear.
Useful prompts
The form includes three optional prompts. Use whichever help; leave the rest blank:
- The decision we are trying to make
- The capability it depends on
- Evidence or context already available
I read all messages personally. Name and email are required so I can reply; the commissioning prompts and general message are optional.
