Phantom Directive – A Cyberpunk Thriller That Won’t Let Go
“The system doesn’t erase you. It rewrites you.”
An Excerpt from Phantom Directive
The golden glow of chandeliers cast long, fractured shadows. Jack’s footsteps landed.
Silence.
Then—his steps echoed. A second behind. A hesitation built into the air itself.
Was it the room delaying, or had Jack already stepped before he moved?
The Rewrite I Didn’t See Coming
I never expected to rewrite this book. Version 1 was supposed to be easy. I had the premise, the characters, the setting—all the pieces. But when I stepped back, I realized something: it was terrible.
The first version was full of awkward jaw-clenching, over-the-top tension, and moments where the characters were so intense they felt like they belonged in a bad action movie. It wasn’t the gripping, cinematic experience I’d imagined. So, I scrapped it.
Version 2? Much better. Smoother. Darker. The tension feels real, not forced. And most importantly, it pulls you into a world where reality isn’t as stable as it seems.
What is Phantom Directive?
A cyberpunk techno-thriller packed with surveillance paranoia, fractured identities, and an underground world where control is an illusion. If you’re a fan of William Gibson, Philip K. Dick, or reality-bending sci-fi thrillers, this book is for you.
It’s fast. It’s sharp. And if you’re paying close attention, you might notice something happening beneath the surface—because this isn’t just a story about Jack Tann. The system messages? They’re saying more than you think.
Why I Think You’ll Love It
I write the way I see it in my head—like a film unfolding on the page. Phantom Directive is gripping, immersive, and full of cinematic energy.
There’s action. There’s intrigue. There’s a deep, twisting metanarrative that you might not catch right away. And when you do, it changes everything.
Where to Get It & What’s Next
