Training For You seeks expressions of interest from experienced literacy and numeracy tutors in the Taranaki region who have:
- NZ Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education or equivalent
- Proven skills in adult literacy/numeracy training
- Ability to design and deliver engaging learning activities contextualised to particular workplaces
- A positive, empathetic approach to working with learners from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
Experience administering and using the results of the Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool (LNAAT) would be an advantage.
